Initial Consultation And Price Quote

We will provide a free initial consultation in which we discuss the design and features that you desire. It is from the work discussed at this consultation that we derive the price quote for designing your web site. Please remember that any changes to the design or additional work not discussed at the time of the consultation may incur additional charges. You will not be charged for the changes unless agreed upon by both parties. Pricing does not include domain name registration nor does it include web site hosting, unless otherwise specified.

Web Design Pricing And Payments

Current design pricing is $25 per hour for basic designs, $35 per hour for advanced designs and $40 per hour (or portion there of) for basic text maintenance. Pricing for future work is subject to change.We will provide you with a quote before we start on the project. *A deposit of 50% (check/money order) will be needed before starting the project. Also, a copy of the image(s) if you are going to use them will be needed for evaluation of quality (send e-mail, fax or even snail mail if you must!). You will be provided with up to two drafts of the final web page for approval. The balance of payment needs to be recieved before the final web page will be sent. Any project should take approximately 7 to 14 days for basic designs and 30 days for advanced designs to complete once we have all the information/images to be included. We are as anxious to get your web page published as much as you are!

Basic Web Page Design:

A nice quality, professional Custom Designed site. This price is for clients that have a logo, know what they want to say about their business, have all of their own graphics or printed materials (either photos, brochures, digital or any format) and they are willing to provide me with all of the materials we need to save themselves some money on their site. These sites usually are much better - no one knows more about your business and what you want to tell others about you than you.

The web sites we build are completely from scratch. This ensures that the layout looks the same no matter what browser it is viewed in. All the graphics for the site are from your current marketing, all photos are edited for download speed.

Web Page Re-Design:

In a case where there are many pictures per page, we can reduce their size to help with loading speed and then edit them so that they can be clicked on and viewed whole page size, creating new buttons, adding your new text or changes to a web site.

Web Maintenance:

We will maintain your site with text changes, updates and new pictures, as required. The cost would depend on the amount of changes needed per month and the size of the site.

Your Domain Name

Instead of being a simply user with your business or personal home page at a URL (web) address such as http://www.bobbyee.com.com/yournamehere.html, you could be at the more appealing and relative URL http://www.yourname.com. A domain name costs $30 for the first two years, and $15 per year thereafter. This may change with more domain names being registered or domain registrars becoming available.

We can register, setup the domain name for you and have it ready for your web site at $130.

Or you can register the domain name yourself and then come to us to have it set up at $100 and ready for hosting of your web site. Monthly web hosting charges apply after setup.
